We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
📩 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:
Order number
Clear photo or video showing the issue with the product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:
a replacement, or a refund (depending on product availability and the nature of the issue)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Products without original packaging
Change of mind or personal preference returns

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
